Check out this sunny patio where rain drove guests inside and reduced seating, leading to lost revenue for the restaurant owner. We transformed this patio into a four-season room, enabling guests to dine regardless of the weather and enjoy the outdoors on warmer days in Maryland.

Additionally, we installed screens, fans, and lights to enhance the space, making it feel like an expanded room. This area was already there; it just needed the Pergola X to complete it!
